Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to supervise and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site. The role involves ensuring compliance with specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and liaising with authorities for commissioning. Candidates must have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB), and possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with skills in Autocad and Microsoft Office.

To supervise & coordinate M&E work on site.

Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.

Ensure contractor complies with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.

Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.

To liaise with authorities for the commission of work.

Attend site meeting as and when required.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in local construction industry.
