Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a qualified engineer to manage M&E services on-site. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractor's M&E shop drawings and managing testing and commissioning of M&E systems. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, have a minimum of 5 years' experience, and preferably possess a Greenmark GMAP certification. Strong communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical field is mandatory.
• Certified Greenmark GMAP is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings.
• Liaise and manage all M&E services on-site.
• Organize testing and commissioning of M&E systems.

Job Description:

• Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.
• Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.
• Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals, maintenance tools and equipment.
• Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• Certified Greenmark GMAP preferred.
• Experience in delivering at least one or more minimum Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy (SLE) projects featuring Chilled Water Systems, successfully completed with Stage 2 Green Mark verification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Alternate Saturday work
