Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of proven Project Management experience and/or Client Servicing, Retail and B2B.
• Experience in a startup environment preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Customer Success Manager to ensure smooth-running projects.
• Assist with proposal creation, quotations, contracts, and invoices.
• Coordinate with various internal teams and participate in client kickoff calls.
