What You’ll Do

• Deliver a world-class client experience by providing personalized styling and product recommendations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP customers through clienteling and follow-ups
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining strong brand representation
• Assist with store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and after-sales service
• Stay updated on product knowledge, brand heritage, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred (Senior role requires min 2 years exp)
• Passion for luxury brands, fashion, and exceptional service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible with retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
