A leading airport services company in Singapore is seeking a Lounge Services Assistant I to provide excellent service at the reception desk and ensure a seamless check-in process for passengers. The ideal candidate should possess effective communication skills in English and preferably have customer service experience. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

  • Provide excellent service at the reception desk.
  • Ensure seamless registration process via Lounge Visitor Registration System (LVS).
  • Manage passengers’ compliments and complaints with professionalism.
