Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound receiving, checking and binning of Stock and Rush/VOR shipments.
  • Receive inbound goods from suppliers.
  • Perform outbound pick, pack and distribution for various deliveries.
  • Maintain Bin Location and perform housekeeping tasks.
  • Conduct stock checks and manage physical stock tasks.
  • Monitor and notify inventory status.

  • Perform inbound receiving, checking and binning of Stock and Rush/VOR shipments and daily IBT/ILT/JIT deliveries.
  • Receive inbound goods from suppliers.
  • Receive inbound goods and products for intra-company purpose.
  • Perform outbound pick, pack and distribution for IBT/ILT/JIT, Traders sales, Intra-company parts movement, Events & Activities and 24hr Roadside assistance.
  • Perform Bin Location Maintenance tasks such as:
    • Rack/shelf setup or improvement
    • Location maintenance by demand/movement
  • Perform housekeeping tasks such as maintaining ESH / WSH regulations, material ordering and Kaizen activities.
  • Perform and support Bi-annual stock check and cycle count tasks.
  • Perform parts claim submission.
  • Perform Physical stock management tasks such as:
    • Supersession arrangement
    • Annual slow-moving part write off
    • BMW parts and warranty claim disposal
  • Manage or support ancillary storage at company premises with supervision.
  • Monitor and notify inventory status for sudden demand surge and special workshop request.
  • Perform inventory housekeeping via Dealer Management System (DMS).
