Job summary

A logistics company is seeking a Logistics Service Officer based in Singapore to manage inventory, data entry, and customer inquiries. Responsibilities include coordinating warehouse operations and ensuring timely order deliveries. Candidates should have a Nitec in Logistics, strong communication skills, and preferably knowledge in i-WMS or SAP. This role offers a structured work week from Monday to Friday, focusing on effective service delivery and support.

Qualifications

  • Minimally Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
  • Good Excel and Word skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Preferably experience with i-WMS or SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Perform QR/bar coding, data entry, inventory management, and support.
  • Coordinate with customers for warehouse and inventory-related matters.
  • Ensure all paperwork and filing is completed accurately and on time.
  • Plan and follow up on orders for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Organise trucking and service support.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues.
  • Manage service handlers and providers.

Job Summary

Pacific Logistics Group is looking for a Logistics Service Officer to join our expanding team in Tuas.

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays; 8:30am to 6:30pm

Job Description
  • Performing QR/bar coding, data entry, inventory management and support, documentations
  • Coordinating with customer and internally for warehouse and inventory related matters
  • Ensuring all paperwork, system and filing is completed on time and accurately
  • Planning and following up on orders to ensure on time deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate and updated records of inventory (cycle count and inventory)
  • Organising trucking and service support
  • Inventory reports, communications with customers
  • Attending to customer enquiries and ensuring all requests and issues are resolved
  • Managing service handlers and service providers
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
  • Minimally Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/ relevant field of study
  • Good excel/words, written & verbal communication skills
  • Preferably with i-WMS or SAP knowledge
