Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations. You will optimize delivery routes, coordinate with drivers and teams, and address customer inquiries. Ideal candidates should have a Class 3 Driving Licence and 1-2 years of experience in logistics/operations, with strong communication and coordination skills. This full-time role requires working hours from Monday to Friday, with half a day on Saturday.

Qualifications

• Class 3 Driving Licence is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in logistics/operations preferred.
• Able to handle pressure and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes using routing systems.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations teams for execution.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist the Operations Manager in tracking and achieving KPIs.
• Resolve operational issues ensuring service standards are met.
