Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
- Coordinate with sales team for any ad-hoc job assignments
- Liaise with stakeholders on job assignment scheduling and confirmation
- Flow job assignment details to assessors in a timely manner
- Optimize monthly utilization rate for assessors
- Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to stakeholders
- Monitor submission reports by assessors
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
