Job summary

A logistics firm in Singapore is looking for an operations coordinator to manage daily activities involving suppliers, customers, and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will handle Tradenet permit declarations, monitor orders for timely delivery, and maintain necessary compliance documentation. This position requires attention to detail in order management and reporting. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with principals, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and process Tradenet permit declarations for import and export activities.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and updated inventory levels.
• Maintain customers’ storage licenses for Dangerous Goods in compliance with NEA.
• Create and activate Purchase Orders based on customer requirements.
• Review customer forecasts and submit consumption reports.

Job description

• Coordinate with principals, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and process Tradenet permit declarations for import and export activities.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery while keeping inventory levels updated for management.
• Maintain and compile customers’ storage or usage licenses for Dangerous Goods (DG) in compliance with NEA regulations.
• Create and activate Purchase Orders (POs) based on customer requirements and current warehouse inventory.
• Review customer forecasts and usage, and submit periodic consumption reports where required.
• Handle any additional tasks assigned by the company.
