Overview

Logistics Officer – Office-Based

  • Location: West Singapore (office-based with coordination across operations teams)
  • Salary: S$2,600 – S$2,800/month
  • Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM | Alternate Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and shipping documentation with accuracy

  • Prepare operational and client reports
  • Support billing preparation and reconciliation
  • Perform general logistics administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O-Level or A-Level
  • 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport coordination preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
