  • Manage Service Parts and Accessories order and supply.
  • Ensure seamless order receipt and processing.
  • Respond to distributor enquiries and provide support.
  • Coordinate shipments with forwarders and suppliers.
  • Handle warranty claims and logistics quality issues.
  • Process supplier and buyer invoices in SAP.
  • Prepare monthly KPI performance reports.

Requirements
  • Possess Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain or related field

  • Entry levels are welcome to apply, training provided

  • Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)

  • Power BI will be an added advantage

  • Willing to travel to Asia If needed

Responsibilities

Manage Service Parts and Accessories order and supply within and outside Asia Pacific regions

  1. Order Management

    • Ensure seamless order receipt and processing to maintain operational efficiency.

  2. Supply Operations

    • Respond to distributor enquiries and provide timely support.

    • Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.

    • Manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, to facilitate smooth customs clearance for importers.

  3. Claims & Issue Management

    • Handle warranty claims, short/mis-packing reports, and logistics quality issue reports.

  4. Financial Operations

    • Process supplier and buyer invoices in SAP to ensure timely payments.

  5. Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare monthly reports to monitor KPI performance against targets.
