Job summary

A logistics management company in Singapore seeks an individual experienced in warehouse operations management. You will ensure adherence to procedures and compliance with regulations while managing inventory accuracy and collaborating with customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring warehouse activities and performing admin tasks related to inbound/outbound processing. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that warehouse operations at respective floor are executed in accordance with the warehouse procedures and customers' requirements.
• Ensure schedule and deadlines are adhered to.
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of the same to verify results.
• Exercise good work practices towards Policies and Procedures and understanding of compliance in relation to regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Traffic and Warehouse personnel to establish better working coordination with them.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE procedures and practices.
• Administration duties as required to ensure daily Inbound / Outbound processed in system.
• Administration duties as required to ensure all warehouse activities related report to complete as when required.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
