Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a skilled warehouse operator to support shipment verification, packing, and material handling. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, be familiar with ERP systems, and hold a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License. Job description
Core Responsibilities
  • Verify shipment content against shipping documents provided.
  • Reject damage items and record discrepancies.
  • Data entry into ERP system.
  • Assist in material picking against pick list.
  • Assist in packing of outbound shipments.
  • Assist Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
  • Visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
  • Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/devices to move, convey, or hoist materials or products, following the training provided.
  • Deliver/collect goods to/from assigned locations using company vehicle (adhoc assignment).
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.
  • Wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties.
  • Assist in preparing shipping documents and arrangement of shipment (adhoc assisgnment).

  • Experience in ERP systems, lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
