Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records; perform regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper and compliant storage of inventory, strictly prohibiting the storage of unauthorized materials, and adhering to corporate safety and local regulatory guidelines.
• Perform picking, packing, and issuance of inventory; assist in the loading and unloading of goods.
• Conduct inspection and verification of incoming and outgoing materials and items.
• Support the assessment of returned units and assist with basic hardware repairs or reconditioning when required.
• Ensure the warehouse follows the 5S principles, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Provide logistical support, including delivery and pickup of supplies as needed.
• Monitor and refill consumables such as chemicals or soap as required.
• Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum “O” Level and above
• Experience working in warehouse environment
• Delivery driver experience is required
• Forklift license is required
• Physically fit due to work contingencies
• Good team player with positive work attitude
• Able to work at 15 Tuas View Square

• Work Schedule: 5 day work week, 44 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7am to 5pm and Wed 7am to 4pm.
