Logistics Admin. Executive (Semiconductor Trading Company / 5 days, 9am-6pm / No OT /air-con office environment / Tai Seng)

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the logistics function, including invoicing and inventory data management.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth running of all logistics daily operations.
  • Perform daily data entry duties into operating systems.
  • Usage of WMS for inventory system.
  • Usage of ERP system to process documents.
  • Ensure all shipment documentation are prepared correctly, including document verification throughout the whole process.
  • Arrange and liaise with freight forwarders on import & export shipments, including shipment bookings, schedules and all documentation with document verification.
  • Preparation of daily incoming and outgoing stock reports.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
