A leading beverage company in Singapore seeks a candidate to manage supplier relations, logistics documentation, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Commitment to a one-year contract is required with renewal based on performance. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment.

Let’s Talk About The Role
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with various departments, including warehousing, commercial and HR to ensure that people, equipment and tools are maintained and documented for delivery purposes.
Location: Tuas, Singapore
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Ensure compliance with financial and procurement processes and policies.
Create required purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow up on required supplier information, POs, GR, payment process and queries, as needed.
Update principle on status and ensure prompt approval.
Communicate PO to the supplier once properly approved.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair histories.
Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are serviced regularly.
Process reimbursement for cash card claims for delivery drivers.
Ensure all payments are up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance providers and internal teams (Supply Chain, Commercial) to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
Providing support in medical insurance claims for DSD team
Coordinate with insurance company on accident / incident insurance claim
Benefit claims: Submit receipts for drinks claim
Assist in coordinating monthly DSD meetings and related tasks
Responsible for general administrative support and any additional tasks or projects as assigned to ensure smooth office workflow.
Minimum diploma qualification with 1 year administrative experience.
Logistic experience will be an added advantage.
Able to work in Tuas, Singapore.
Able to commit one year contract. Renewable upon performance.
