Job description

Salary: Up to $2,300
Working hours: 5.5 Days (Mon toFri: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm)
Location:Toh Guan Road East

Jobscope:

• Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers
• Set up breakbulk files for all documents and records relevant to the consolidation
• Contact origin office via facsimile and e-mail
• Update all DATA (Delivery order or Proforma invoice) in the ETBF, ensuring documents complete and sign by customers
• Prepare monthly report on the import, export and delivery status
• Photocopy CCP for billing to customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'O' Level
• Min 1 yr experience in the same industry
• Basic computer knowledge
