🗣️ Join Us as a Locum Speech Therapist (Paediatrics) – MindChamps Allied Care – Tampines

Do you believe that every child deserves to be heard, understood, and empowered? At MindChamps Allied Care, we champion communication in all its forms — and we’re looking for experienced Locum Speech Therapists to join our dynamic team of early intervention specialists.

🌟 What You’ll Do:
  • Assess and support children aged 18 months to 7 years in developing speech, language, communication, and feeding skills.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, psychologists, and occupational therapists in a holistic team setting.
  • Support parents through regular updates and home strategies to reinforce progress.
🎓 You Should Have:
  • A recognised Degree/Master in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • At least 3 years of paediatric experience, including children with speech and language delays, articulation issues, ASD, and/or developmental concerns.
  • Confidence with commonly used assessment tools (e.g., CELF, PLS-5, GFTA, Feeding assessments).
  • Excellent communication skills – both with children and caregivers.
💡 Desirable Experience / Bonus Skills:
  • Hanen® Program or PROMPT® trained.
  • Feeding therapy or early language intervention background.
  • Knowledge of AAC and alternative communication strategies.
  • Experience in early intervention or school-readiness programs.
🕒 Locum Opportunities:
  • Need to be able to work weekends.
  • Full time hire welcome on a case by case basis
