• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification; finance/loan experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hire purchase loan processes will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate loan applications from individuals and businesses.
• Conduct credit checks and verify applicants’ financial information.
• Advise clients on suitable loan products, interest rates, and repayment plans.
• Prepare and ensure timely completion of loan documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Follow up with clients on pending, approved, or disbursed applications.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-loan support.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
