Loan Officer Needed - BASIC & Comms | 5.5 Day |

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and guide them through the loan process
• Handle customer queries & promote New/renew sales
• Check customers background and evaluate their creditworthiness (such as CPF, MLCB, HDB, credit bureau etc.) and advice whether customers are suitable for LOAN installment plan.
• Manage and provide customer service support via phone call, Live chat /emails to clarify the Loan details.
• Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the management.
