Qualifications

  • Nitec in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist to clean, check, and adjust lift parts.
  • Support parts replacement and perform minor repairs.
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out preventive actions.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Lift Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of lift systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to clean, check, and adjust lift parts
  • Support parts replacement and perform minor repair works
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out preventive and corrective actions
  • Trace electrical circuitry, check, and test lift programs
  • Assist in commissioning lift systems
  • Participate in full load tests prior to client handover
  • Apply proper work methods to ensure safety and reliability
  • Ensure Preventive Maintenance Sheets (PMS) are correctly filled and signed by clients after service
  • Participate in on-the-job training
Job Requirements
  • Nitec in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics OR
  • Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (Power & Control) preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, mature, and responsible personality
  • Disciplined with strong sense of accountability
