Lead a Team That Keeps Singapore Moving Safely

This role is ideal for experienced lift professionals ready to take on a supervisory and coordination position. You will oversee technicians, ensure safe and reliable lift operations across multiple sites, and support service quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily lift and escalator maintenance activities
  • Lead technicians to ensure timely response to breakdowns and call-backs
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with BCA and MOM regulations
  • Analyze maintenance KPIs and implement service improvement plans
  • Liaise with clients, managing agents, and contractors on technical matters
  • Support repair, replacement, and modernization opportunities with internal teams
  • Ensure proper manpower planning, resource allocation, and parts usage
  • Guide and mentor technicians to strengthen their technical skills and safety awareness
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and prepare reports for audits
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of hands‑on lift or escalator maintenance experience
  • Prior supervisory experience or experience managing multiple service sites preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of lift systems, control units, and safety components
  • Valid Class 2B motorcycle license and personal motorbike for site travel
  • Comfortable with site work (heights, shafts, machine rooms)
  • Responsible, safety‑conscious, and able to lead and guide field technicians
