Job summary

A company in elevator servicing is seeking a Lift Service Technician to carry out maintenance and servicing of lifts. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have NITEC or equivalent qualifications in relevant engineering fields, and those with basic electrical knowledge are welcome to apply. A 24/7 standby roster will be required. • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of lifts
• Replace parts and perform basic repairs as needed
• Respond to and resolve lift breakdowns promptly
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in lift systems
• Complete inspection checklists and maintenance records accurately
• Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate with building management and customers on site issues or service updates
• Join a 24-hour standby emergency service on a rotating schedule
• Support installation and commissioning of new lift systems when required
