🛟 Pool Lifeguard (East Zone)

Work Schedule: 6 hours per shift | 6 days/week
Monthly Gross Salary: Up to $2,610

Role Overview

As a Lifeguard, you play a vital role in ensuring a safe and well-managed swimming environment. You will be responsible for swimmer safety, emergency response, and daily pool operations in accordance with SportSG and swimming complex standards.

Key Duties
  • Maintain constant vigilance over swimmers and pool surroundings

  • Perform timely rescues and provide emergency response following SportSG guidelines

  • Uphold pool rules and safety regulations at all times

  • Carry out daily checks on pool facilities and lifesaving equipment, escalating any hazards identified

  • Support safety audits, risk assessments, and operational safety initiatives

  • Conduct water quality sampling and submit findings to designated SportSG officers

  • Comply fully with all swimming complex SOPs, including emergency and pool safety procedures

What We’re Looking For
  • Valid Bronze Medallion or Pool Lifeguard Award (Singapore Life Saving Society)

  • Standard First Aid certification accredited by SRFAC (must be valid throughout employment)

  • Willingness to attend and successfully complete the SportSG Lifeguard Induction Course

  • Able to pass the annual SportSG Lifeguard Proficiency Assessment
