What you will do
  • Execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels, from planning and setup to QA, launch, reporting, and iteration.

  • Build and refine user segments, supporting personalized and localized journeys that increase activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of automated lifecycle flows, ensuring proper documentation, QA, and scalability.

  • Design, implement, and analyze structured A/B tests, translating insights into actionable recommendations for campaign and product teams.

  • Deliver concise weekly performance insights, turning data into opportunities for optimization and experimentation.

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally with measurable impact on engagement or retention.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, user segmentation, and campaign strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.

  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, MoEngage).

  • Experience tailoring campaigns for different user segments, regions, or lifecycle stages.

  • Passion for user engagement, personalization, and lifecycle growth strategies.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing email templates.
