• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for both local and regional operations.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.

• Assist with managing litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
• Support compliance initiatives, including antitrust, anti-corruption, and data protection regulations.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and their implications for business operations.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Admission to the Singapore Bar is required.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience either in a law firm or as a legal counsel, preferably within an international context.
• Excellent knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage various priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of maritime law, trade compliance (including economic sanctions), mergers and acquisitions, or industry‑specific regulations.
