Job description

We are seeking experienced investigators / legal consultant with employment investigations experience to join our team and work with global clients. The role involves conducting thorough internal investigations, advising on employment-related legal matters:

Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal investigations into employee-related concerns such as ethical misconduct, internal disputes, harassment, and discrimination.
  • Provide legal support to global HR functions and advise on employment-related legal matters.
  • Liaise with senior management during investigations.
  • Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances and mediations.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplace policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as legal consultant with qualifications or investigator
  • Experienced in conducting comprehensive and impartial internal investigations into employee-related HR allegations, such as ethical misconduct and policy violations.
  • Maintain high integrity when handling sensitive information throughout the investigation process
