Overview

Responsible for Investor Relations and Legal Affairs for the Company, as well as for affiliated Group entities in other regions such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia etc.

Responsibilities

1. Development of policies and procedures pertaining to General and Legal Affairs within the company.
2. Engage in contract consultations and legal advisory services.
3. Dissemination of information regarding updates to laws, rules, and regulations.
4. Promoting positive relationships, ensuring effective communication, and fostering transparency between the company and investors to facilitate long-term prosperity.
5. Capable of maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. A Master’s degree in law with at least 15 years of relevant working experience.
2. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin at an advanced level of communication skills.
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin.
4. Extensive understanding of Chinese cultures and local business policies, complemented by at least 10 years of experience as a legal consultant in China.
