Kennedys Legal Solutions is looking for a professional with 3-6 years' experience in first party property / construction / energy insurance, to join a growing team in our Singapore office.
The Property, Energy & Construction Insurance team handles a combination of coverage, advisory and contentious work in relation to some of the largest insurance and reinsurance claims in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
The successful candidate will gain experience of advising insurance and reinsurance sector clients on coverage matters in respect of large and complex speciality claims across property, construction (CAR/EAR/DSU/TPL), engineering, power, onshore and offshore energy, and terrorism/political violence product lines.
Recent examples of our work include advising on coverage and/or recoveries on claims arising in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, the Maldives, China, South Korea, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam, Australia, New Caledonia, Oman, Japan, the Netherlands, the United States, Macau SAR, Cambodia and Laos.
