Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all client tenancy-related activities.
• Lead tenancy-related processes and lease agreements.

• Source prospective landlords & tenants including cold calls.
• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants.
• Negotiate terms of the lease.
