What is this role?

This role responsible for designing and delivering customer-focused learning solutions and structured change management programs to support adoption of company products and services. The role ensures technical, operational, and business stakeholders are prepared, enabled, and supported throughout major technology transformations, with a strong emphasis on learning design, communications, and readiness.

Work is on-premise. The role is a one-year contract with option to renew for a MNC, based in customer premise.

What you can expect to do?
  • Learning Design & Development: Organize and drive business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Design end-to-end learning solutions for clients including higher-education institutions, ensuring learning solutions meet academic standards, accreditation requirements, and pedagogical integrity
  • Translate complex technical implementations into clear, role-based learning journeys (admins, operators, support teams, and business users)
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables.
  • Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.
  • Coach instructional designers and content developers to prepare materials for instructor development workshops.
  • Provide clear and effective feedback to team with the intent to develop their instructional design skills.
  • Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.
  • Leverage proficiency in instructional design, research and information gathering, content analysis, content design, knowledge of latest trends in the learning industry.
  • Apply knowledge in industry standard design/rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, Adobe Suite and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Lead structured change management initiatives for customer transformations (infrastructure, platforms, tools, and service transitions)
  • Organize and drive business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, and client presentations
  • Assess change impact, stakeholder readiness, and adoption risks across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Develop and execute change strategies covering communications, readiness activities, and stabilization support
  • Design targeted communication plans to build awareness, set expectations, and reduce resistance during implementation and go-live
  • Support post-implementation adoption and stabilization, ensuring users are confident and capable in the new environment
  • Stakeholder & Program Collaboration: Act as the learning and change interface between delivery teams and customer stakeholders
  • Advise project teams on adoption risks, user impact, and readiness gaps
  • Work closely with program managers, architects, and service leads to integrate learning and change activities into delivery timelines
  • Support customer governance and reporting with clear updates on readiness and adoption status
  • Content, Quality & Governance: Ensure learning and change deliverables align with standards, customer requirements, and contractual scope
  • Maintain consistency and quality across learning materials, communications, and change assets
  • Continuously improve templates, playbooks, and methodologies based on delivery experience
