Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries to promote the centre and achieve growth.
• Assist in conducting enrolment orientation for parents and students.
• Instruct students at the Centre along with the Chief Instructor.
• Establish communication with parents and students for engagement.
• Ensure smooth operations of checking in and out of students.
• Assist in preparation of worksheets and monthly reports.
• Grade worksheets for students.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries to raise awareness of and promote the centre to achieve positive monthly growth of the Centre.
• Assist Chief Instructor in the conducting enrolment orientation to parents and students.
• Assist Chief Instructor in instructing students at the Centre.
• Support Chief Instructor in establishing regular communication with both parents and students to achieve sustained engagement and retention.
• Support the daily operations of the Centre by:
  • Ensuring smooth checking in and out of students at the Centre.
  • Assisting in preparation of worksheets for students.
  • Assisting in preparation of monthly reports.
  • Assisting in the grading of worksheets for students.
• Any other duties and tasks as instructed by the Chief Instructor.
