As Learning & Development Manager to observe and carry out global learning & development strategies are aligning with the business strategies and people growth. To drive, plan, lead and assure the quality and timeliness of performance support and synchronize with the Corporate Learning & Development strategies. Maintain close relationship with different departments to provide effective account services. Coach team members to achieve optimal level of performance. Monitor the effectiveness and applicability of policies and procedures and take necessary actions for continuous improvement.
