• Minimum of 7 years of experience in railway hardware design or a similar safety-critical environment.
• At least 3 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in hardware documentation including wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert in hardware design for CBTC GoA 4 projects.
• Lead a team of Hardware Design Engineers and supervise their work.
• Monitor and coordinate hardware-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
