Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience in M&E commercial office fit-out industry.
• Good working knowledge of forms/conditions of contract.
• Current Employment Pass and S Pass holders are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage all projects matters and workers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, vendors, and sub-contractors.
• Prepare permit-to-work, risk assessment, and project documents.
• Monitor project costing and progress payment.

Skills

Meticulous and attention to details

Team player with excellent people communication skills

Good computer skills such as MS Project and Office

Strong negotiation skills

Education

Relevant degree/diploma/Certificate in Building, M&E or equivalent
