Seeking an experienced Lead Interior Designer to oversee design execution, client relationships, and project teams across commercial (F&B, office, clinic) and high-end residential projects. This role requires strong creative leadership, business awareness, and hands‑on delivery capability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality presentations, mood boards, and design proposals
• Manage junior / associate designers and external vendors
• Handle project pricing, budgeting, and FF&E planning
• Communicate directly with clients and ensure project success
• Residential/custom build: manage client engagement and project coordination

Requirements
