Job description

• Work closely with project team and print production teams to ensure designs are optimized for efficient and high-quality printing.
• Understand different printing methods, material types, finishes, and techniques to create designs suitable for each project.
• Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team, guiding designers and ensuring high-quality design output.
• Manage and coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Approach design challenges with creativity, innovation, and the ability to propose alternative solutions.
• Fluency in current graphic design practices; such as Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
