The CX Compliance team ensures global Compliance Operations run smoothly, adhere to regulatory standards, and deliver high-quality outcomes. As a Lead Analyst, Compliance TMS Operations, you will own end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations, including drafting and filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). This role requires quality control and proactive collaboration with stakeholders across the Financial Crime Risk service line and support teams, balancing high-volume work with meticulous attention to detail. You will operate with minimal supervision, prioritize effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, and remain open to feedback to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed. Full-time offers include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, and vision).
Pay Range: $106,100 — $106,100 SGD
