Job summary

A global technology leader based in Singapore is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage and resolve network incidents, lead technical calls, and provide mentoring to junior engineers. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience and deep expertise in LAN/WAN architectures along with strong skills in AWS Load Balancers and Cisco technologies. This role will enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supporting global network infrastructures.
• Expert level knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and route table troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba WLAN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve network tickets using ServiceNow.
• Lead technical incident calls for high-severity situations.
• Conduct network testing, audits, and compliance checks.
