Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years hands-on experience with aero engines within MRO organisations.
• Strong technical knowledge of special repair processes.
• Experience in working within an MRO shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of robust repair processes and documentation.
• Develop tooling and inspection aids for repair execution.
• Conduct repair business case assessments and lead First Article Inspections.
