The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in Government Sector
• Laboratory Technician
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Location: Sembawang, Singapore
• Contract: 10 months - renewal

Job Scope

• Responsible to prepare and setup materials and apparatus for science experiments
• Assist teachers during practical sessions (equipment, or microscopes are use)
• Perform clean, clear and reset the laboratory after each experiment
• Prepare and procurement of materials apparatus for science performance tasks, programmes and workshops
• Conduct stock taking process and monitor safety use of lab equipment
• Provide administrative support, including filing, typing, scanning and preparing resources for teachers
• Ad-hoc duties will be assigned

Requirements

• Minimum N Level or NITEC with relevant experience and expertise
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Laboratory Technician
• Must have basic computing skills (MS Word & Excel)
• Able to work in fast-paced environment, good communication and customer service skills
• Work as team player
