Overview

My client is a Singapore-originated onigiri brand and we are looking for a Kitchen Crew cum cashier to cook, fry and wrap onigiri, as well as manage stocks and payments at one of our outlets in the CBD area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dishes according to instructions and standardized recopies
  • Operate the POS system, handle cash, and manage digital payments.
  • Maintain stall cleanliness, including wiping counters, washing equipment, clearing trash, and keeping the workspace organised.
  • Restock ingredients
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines (SFA requirements, handwashing, glove use, proper storage).
  • Manage customer orders quickly and accurately, especially during peak periods.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties— prepping ingredients, turning on/off machines, counting stock, and closing reports.
  • Other forms of basic customer service, including addressing complaints or special requests.
Requirements
  • Full-Time: 5-6 Days Per Work Week (Mon-Friand/or Sat).
  • Part-Time: Min 3h/week including the Lunch Peak Hours period
  • Able to stand for long hours and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Able to work weekends, evenings, shifts and Public Holidays (PH) as needed.
  • Salary scales up based on skills and experience
