Position: Kitchen/Staff Crew
  • Location: Plaza Singapura
  • Working Hours: 8‑hour rotating shifts between 8:30 AM – 10:15 PM
  • Rest Days: 6 days off per month
  • Salary: $2,290.00 – $2,860.00 per month
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily food preparation (e.g., washing, chopping, and ingredient prep).
  • Prepare and serve authentic Japanese sushi.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including dishwashing and sanitization.
  • Stock and organise kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Follow strict food hygiene and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
  • Guest‑focused and committed to quality service.
  • Reliable, responsible, and a team player with a positive attitude.
