Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in key account management within skincare, beauty, or FMCG.
  • Strong background managing large retail chains or multi-store retail partners.
  • Commercially sharp with solid experience in forecasting, trade terms, and negotiations.
  • Comfortable operating in a startup environment with limited structure and high ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own sell-in, sell-out, and commercial performance across key retail accounts.
  • Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP), promotions, launches, and retail calendars.
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, margins, and marketing support.
  • Ensure strong in-store execution: merchandising, visibility, and brand presence.
  • Manage forecasts, stock flow, and alignment with supply chain and operations.
  • Work closely with marketing on retail campaigns, activations, and launches.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and retailer performance to identify growth opportunities.

Overview

We are hiring a Key Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of major beauty and skincare retail partners, including drugstore chains, travel retail, and specialty beauty retailers across Singapore. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing beauty startup, where you will directly shape commercial strategy and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own sell-in, sell-out, and commercial performance across key retail accounts
