Job summary

A leading telecommunications and renewable energy firm is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage strategic relationships and drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, developing account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has proven experience in sales or business development, particularly in telecommunication and renewable energy sectors. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.

  • Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely response to enquiries and high customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with internal technical, engineering, and project teams to deliver customized solutions.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution briefings to clients.

  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer records in CRM systems.

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
