A leading telecommunications and renewable energy firm is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage strategic relationships and drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, developing account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has proven experience in sales or business development, particularly in telecommunication and renewable energy sectors. Candidates must have strong leadership and communication skills and be proficient in CRM software and MS Office. This position is based in Singapore.
Manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.
Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely response to enquiries and high customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal technical, engineering, and project teams to deliver customized solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution briefings to clients.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer records in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing models, and industry incentives.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
