Overview
We are looking to hire entrepreneurial and aspiring Account Manager to join our Category Management teams in Lazada Singapore. In this role, you will be mentored by a senior member of our Category Management team to drive category growth by employing analytical and eCommerce merchandising methodologies. In this role, you will be equipped with the skill sets needed in a customised and structured program to bring you up to speed in learning about the business and building relationships with our brands and sellers. You will also work with data that helps us to drive strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for key client relationship management on the Lazada platform, establishing and maintaining long-term and stable partnerships.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow key client business.
- Deeply understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order execution, customer service, and issue resolution.
- Regularly analyze sales data, assess market trends, and provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.

- Strong business judgment and a desire to actively manage and grow your own business.
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally to achieve own and common KPIs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to quickly dive deep into data to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions.
- Strong interest in ecommerce and sales; desire to actively manage and grow your portfolio.
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and mastery of office and data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table and vLookup) is required.
- Experience in B2B sales or client management in e-commerce and/or fashion industry is highly preferred.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and persuading key decision-makers.
- Proven problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure with strong organizational and priority management abilities.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce market, in-depth understanding of the Lazada platform, and a good sense of market insights.
