Job description
  • Position: Key Account Manager (100% Account Servicing)

  • Location: Penjuru Lane (company transport provided from Jurong East MRT)

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,500 + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

  • Duration: Permanent

  • Industry: Food products supplier

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact between key clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Communicate and collaborate with the marketing, purchasing and logistics departments to meet client expectations
  • Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients
  • Meet established deadlines for the submission of promotion plans
  • Lead a team of merchandisers to ensure work effectiveness
  • Plan and implement new product launching activities
  • Prepare reports of sales progress and forecasts
  • Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
  • At least Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in / Modern Trade
  • Prior experience in key account management
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as CRM software
