I’m representing a fast‑growing regional distributor in the beauty and wellness sector — a company that works with leading retailers across Asia to introduce and scale exciting consumer brands. With a diverse portfolio spanning skincare, personal care, and lifestyle products, the team partners with major retail chains such as Watsons, Guardian, Sasa, and Sephora and continues to expand rapidly across key Asian markets.

This is a hands‑on opportunity to own end‑to‑end brand and account growth — from developing go‑to‑market strategies and trade marketing plans to managing retail performance and commercial outcomes.

The Role

You will lead the growth of exclusive beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands across APAC retail partners. This hybrid role blends **brand management, trade marketing, and retail operations, suited for someone who enjoys driving both strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key retail accounts (e.g. Watsons, Guardian, Sephora) to deliver strong sell‑in, sell‑through, and category growth.
  • Oversee full product lifecycle — listings, launches, pricing, documentation, and promotions.
  • Track sales performance, budgets, and profitability; prepare forecasts and identify growth drivers.
  • Develop and execute trade and digital marketing campaigns with creative agencies and retail partners.
  • Ensure merchandising excellence and in‑store execution that enhances visibility and conversion.
  • Analyse market trends, pricing, and competitors to inform assortment and promotional strategy.
  • Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to secure favourable terms and long‑term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth fulfilment.
  • Manage retailer portals for POs, pricing updates, and promotions; work with finance on reconciliation.
  • Conduct regular market and store visits to review performance and identify business opportunities.
About you
  • 3–5 years’ experience in brand management, key account management, or trade marketing within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands‑on experience managing both strategy and execution.
  • Familiarity with modern retail and e‑commerce channels in Singapore or regional markets.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese a plus for regional communication.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
