Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain food quality, quantity, and accuracy per recipes.
• Verify ingredient quantities and storage conditions.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene practices.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Assist in food and menu planning and quality control.
